Easy to Use
The ViaWeb service is easy to use. There are only a few requirements:
- Consistent use of Circle of Service™ macros
- Microsoft Internet Explorer™ version 5.5 or higher, installed on your PC
- A user name and password obtained from Qualcomm
- Dedicated connection or modem (28.8 kbps or higher)
- Modification to Work Assignment macros
- Modification to dispatch integration related Work Assignment macros
