The Customer Support Hotline is a European dedicated team who answers in 4 different languages: English, German, Dutch, and French from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm. After non-office hours and during the weekend, an emergency service is given only in English.

Multi-lingual and skilled hotline Technical Support Analysts provide an immediate technical and administrative support for current Qualcomm Customers. They will answer your questions and help to solve any difficulties you may have on mobile communication terminals, RMA (Return material Authorization), software, messaging inquiries.
